Everyone has heard ofand mostly used the phrase “I’ve hit a wall” during some point in their lives. Whether it be in or outside of work, there’s only so much we can do on brain power alone. Inspiration helps to expand our ideas, grow new plans and create some truly amazing things – including bathrooms!
At Bathroom Takeaway, we love a bit of bathroom design inspiration and regularly find new places and methods to get it. From bathroom flooring to walk-in showers and bathroom lighting, it can be difficult to decide how to best plan your new bathroom.
That’s why we’re sharing our three favourite inspiration sources to help you out when undertaking a new bathroom decor project!
Bathroom ideas On Pinterest
Okay, so you’re sitting at a desk (or stood up if you prefer) and you’re staring at a blank piece of paper and a pile of scrap paper – what do you do next? Luckily Pinterest is here to help you out. Pinterest is essentially a huge collection of user-made ‘boards’, often filled with hundreds of ideas from baking guides to bathroom design and even installation.
Pinterest isn't only great for gaining inspiration through, you can also save and organise your own ideas too.
We’ve been hooked since we first signed up for Pinterest and we’ve created boards for everything we find with these continuing to grow! Be sure to follow us for a constant flow of inspiring bathroom content.
Interior Design Bloggers
Interior design bloggers are everywhere on the internet and social media! These bloggers have a lot of say over the industry and we love to work with those that are great at providing bathroom layout and decor inspiration. Always sharing new and exciting trends with their followers, interior design bloggers are a great place to start if you’re not sure how to design your bathroom.
Whether you need a bathroom plan for a small space or are simply looking to add a towel rail and title=" Wall-Mounted Vanity Unit">wall-mounted vanity unit to a family bathroom - bloggers are sure to get your creative juices flowing.
Two of our favourite bloggers who we’ve previously worked with are Pandora Maxton Lifestyling and interior stylist Maxine Brady!
Instagram Content
Instagram is a gold mine when it comes to aesthetic bathroom décor inspiration. Instagram’s main sharing function is hashtags. Users can add hashtags to their photo captions and other users search for those hashtags for inspiration.
For example, if you search for ‘#basin’ on Instagram to find a tonne of inspiration for all different types of basins. We post regularly so be sure to follow us here for inspiration of our own.
