If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, we offer a money-back guarantee. 
To receive a full refund, we simply ask that you return the product in a resalable condition. 
You will have 30 days from the delivery date to make your decision and send your order back to us.

How to return a product:

To return a product to Bathroom Takeaway, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Services team
  2. Package your products securely (in their original packaging).
  3. Complete the return slip, with details of your reasons for returning.
  4. Arrange a courier service of your choice.
  5. Receive a full refund within 5-7 days.

We are unable to accept returns directly into our showrooms. All website returns will need to be delivered to our warehouse.

How can I return Bathroom Takeaway products?

 

We offer a 30 days returns policy for all products that are in a resalable condition. 


If you wish to return any item please call our customer service team on 0333 305 8200. We are available to answer calls from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm. Or you can email customer.service@bathroomtakeaway.co.uk at any time. We will add a note to your order and await your return delivery.


We do not offer free postage or a collection service for unwanted items. Please contact a courier of your choice to arrange for a return.


Once your item(s) has been returned to us, we will quality check the product. Items must be in a resalable condition, new and unused and in their original packaging. We will issue a refund for the goods within 5-7 working days.

 


My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?

 

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please email customer.service@bathroomtakeaway.co.uk. Include the following details within your email:

  • Images of the damaged item
  • A brief overview of the problem
  • Your order number

We’ll strive to respond to your email the same day. If we need to investigate a little further, an agent will be in contact with you regarding the next steps.
